The quality of your diet really is an important factor if your trying to loose weight for aesthetic purposes or health reasons.               Plant based diets are backed by research that shows diets high in animal products are linked to chronic diseases that could be prevented by following plant based guidelines. With a plant based diet it’s recommends to avoid animal products, processed/artificial foods, and sugary products. The SAD diet which is the Standard American Diet consists of a lot of these disease causing processed foods high in trans/saturated fats, cholesterol and sugar.
